Research problems: ethnology of sport which explores old forms of physical culture, from simple folk games to more complicated games and sports and Olympic movement, within which both historic aspects and modern problems related to the Olympic Movement activities are studied as well as issues related to Olympic education as complementing the education of a young person through sport.

Research problems: Members of the group will deal with problems in the field of physiological sciences. The work in the group will let students develop their interests related to: human physiology in ontogenesis, the effect of various forms of strain on the body, use of new technologies in sports and health training, effect of training of varying characteristics of the human body.
